1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Keeborg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Keeborg is operated by Orbyt Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. Description of Service

Keeborg provides two types of service:

• Free generators: Web-based tools that generate technical specification documents (PRDs, CLAUDE.md files, API specs, database schemas, and more) from plain English project descriptions. An email address is required to use the generators.
• AI Dev System: A one-time purchase product ($49) consisting of downloadable files — skills, quality gates, and methodology documents — personalised to your tech stack for use with AI coding agents.

3. Purchases and Payments

The AI Dev System is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or account requirements.

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• After payment, you receive an instant download of your personalised dev system files
• The files are yours permanently — no ongoing access fees
• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate specifications for illegal or harmful software
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Redistribute or resell purchased dev system files
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any ideas, descriptions, or content you submit to the Service. You grant us a license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Specifications: The technical specifications generated by Keeborg are yours to use as you see fit. We do not claim ownership of generated content.

Our Service: Keeborg, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Orbyt Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Generated specifications will be error-free or complete
• The Service will be uninterrupted or secure
• Generated specifications are suitable for any particular purpose

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated specifications before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbyt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may restrict your access to the free generators at any time for violation of these terms. Purchased dev system files remain yours permanently regardless of any service changes. We are not obligated to provide ongoing support, updates, or access to generators.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
