Done. Your dev system is ready.

Sound familiar?

You spend the first 20 minutes of every session re-explaining your project to the AI.

Because there's no persistent context file. The agent starts blind every time.

The AI writes code that "works" but doesn't match your conventions.

Because you never wrote down your conventions in a format it can follow.

You ship something, then find out the auth is insecure or the SEO is missing.

Because there's no pre-deploy checklist enforcing quality gates before launch.

You come back to a project after a week and can't remember where you left off.

Because nothing records decisions, progress, or next steps between sessions.

You've "started" the same project architecture 3 times because the agent kept drifting.

Because the agent has no plan, no task list, and no definition of "done."

The cost of not having a system:

Every time you re-explain context, re-scaffold a project, fix drift, or re-run a prompt because the output was wrong — that's 15-30 minutes gone. Multiply by every session, every project, every week. A solo dev without a system loses 8-12 hours per month to process friction that a $49 system eliminates on day one.

The fix

A complete development system
personalised to your stack

Not a template. Not a course. A battle-tested methodology that tells your AI agent exactly how to work on your projects — from first research note to production deploy.

Global CLAUDE.md with your stack defaults baked in
10 invokable skills (research, scaffold, build, QA, deploy...)
95/100 quality gate — worker scores, reviewer verifies
Continuity protocol — 3 files that survive session resets
8-phase process from research to post-launch
Security audit skill that blocks deploys until it passes
SEO/AEO checklist enforced on every public page
Project template for spinning up new builds in 2 minutes

Before vs. after

Without a system

  • Re-explain your project every session
  • AI drifts from your conventions mid-build
  • No quality gate — ship and pray
  • Lose context after every compaction
  • Security holes discovered after deploy
  • Reinvent scaffolding on every new project
  • "Done" means "it runs locally"

With the dev system

  • Agent reads your rules automatically at session start
  • Conventions enforced via CLAUDE.md — zero drift
  • 95/100 quality gate on every piece of work
  • 3 continuity files carry state across sessions
  • Security audit blocks deploy until it passes
  • Scaffold skill sets up new projects in minutes
  • "Done" means score + tests + audit + SEO + docs

What you get

A complete folder you install in 30 seconds

Copy to ~/.claude/ and every project you touch follows the system.

Sample: The quality gate

This is the rule that separates shipped projects from abandoned ones. Every piece of work gets scored. Below 95 means the work isn't done.

## The gate

95/100 minimum. Worker self-scores. Reviewer verifies. Below 95 = re-run.

## Flow

1. Worker completes task
2. Worker scores their own work against the rubric (6 categories)
3. Worker writes at least one test proving it works
4. If self-score < 95, worker fixes BEFORE handing off
5. Reviewer re-scores independently
6. Reviewer score < 95 = task fails, goes back to worker
7. Maximum 3 cycles. After 3 fails = task is too big, re-scope it.

## What "done" means

- [ ] Worker score >= 95/100
- [ ] Reviewer score >= 95/100
- [ ] Tests written and passing
- [ ] No new TypeScript errors
- [ ] docs/changelog.md updated
- [ ] docs/session-log.md updated

What it costs to build this yourself

You could write all of this from scratch. Here's what that actually looks like:

Research dev methodologies + AI agent patterns4-6 hrs
Write global CLAUDE.md with real opinions2-3 hrs
Design + write 14 skills with templates12-20 hrs
Build continuity protocol + file templates2-3 hrs
Create scoring rubric + QA checklist3-4 hrs
Write security audit checklist2-3 hrs
Test across projects, iterate, refine8-12 hrs
Total33-51 hours

At even $50/hr, that's $1,650 - $2,550 of your time.

Or you get it for $49. Personalised to your stack. Ready in 30 seconds.

The opinions

This system has opinions. That's the point.

You're not paying for files. You're paying for decisions that took hundreds of hours of real project experience to arrive at. These don't flex. They're the methodology.

1

No phase is skipped without a written reason. Ever.

2

Documentation comes before code. Research, plan, tasks — then build.

3

Score below 95/100 = the work isn't done. No shipping partial quality.

4

No session ends without updating session-log.md. Non-negotiable.

5

Security audit blocks deploy. You don't "get to it later."

6

Every decision gets logged with reasoning. Append-only. No rewriting history.

7

A page without SEO/AEO is not "done." Schema, FAQ, Quick Answer, llms.txt.

8

Secrets in env vars, never in code. Service-role keys never in client bundles.

This is for you if...

Good fit

  • You use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI agents
  • You ship web apps (not ML pipelines or embedded systems)
  • You want consistency across projects without a team enforcing it
  • You're a solo dev or on a small team (1-5)
  • You value quality over speed-at-all-costs

Not for you if

  • You don't use AI coding agents
  • You work on a large team with existing process
  • You only build one-off scripts, not maintained projects
  • You want a starter kit with runnable code (this is methodology)

Questions

What exactly do I get?

A zip file containing: personalised global CLAUDE.md (the rules, adapted to your stack), 14 skills (process engines for research, scaffold, build, testing, QA, secure-by-default, security audit, SEO, deploy, error monitoring, payments, email, content, post-launch), project CLAUDE.md template, and continuity file starters. Everything you need to install a complete dev system in 30 seconds.

What does "personalised to my stack" mean?

You pick your framework (Next.js, Astro, Remix, SvelteKit), deploy target (Vercel or Coolify), email provider (Resend or Maileroo), database (Supabase or Postgres), and CMS (Sanity or none). The system is generated with your choices baked in — the scaffold skill uses your framework, the deploy skill uses your target, the CLAUDE.md references your stack defaults. Not search-and-replace — AI-adapted with real, working patterns for your specific combination.

Can I modify the generated files?

Yes — they're plain markdown and code files. Edit anything you want. Add skills, change rules, adjust checklists. The system is a starting point, not a locked product. Fork it and make it yours.

I already have a CLAUDE.md. Why do I need this?

A CLAUDE.md is one file. This is a complete system: 14 skills that cover every phase from research to post-launch, a continuity protocol that survives context compaction, a quality gate that prevents shipping garbage, and a security audit that blocks deploys until it passes. The CLAUDE.md in this system references and orchestrates all of it.

What if my stack isn't listed?

We only sell stack combinations we've manually QA'd. If yours isn't listed, it's not available yet. We won't sell you something we can't verify is good. We're adding more stacks based on demand.

Is this runnable code?

No. It's methodology — markdown files, process definitions, checklists, templates, and rubrics that tell your AI agent how to work. Think of it as the operating system for your development process, not a starter kit with application code.

Is this a subscription?

No. One-time payment. You download the files and they're yours permanently. No recurring charges, no account required, no login to access your files.

Stop reinventing your process.

$49. Your stack. Instant download. Yours forever.
